Privacy Policy

Google Limited Use Policy: GenDraft's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Usage: GenDraft does not permanently store your Gmail data (inputs, clicks, or drive files) on our servers; it remains on Google’s servers.

Stored Information: We store your name, last name, profile picture, and e-mail from your Google account, as well as other data for the purpose of running or improving our services, such as the amount of credits you might have.

Data Sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties except when necessary for the service to be run, tested or improved (for example, to leverage AI models provided by OpenAI) or when necessary to communicate with you (for example, for you to submit a contact form provided by a service provider like FormSpark). Specifically:

• Relevant email body content and meta data is sent to OpenAI's API to invoke its AI models and generate relevant email responses. OpenAI does not use data submitted to and generated by their API to train OpenAI models or improve OpenAI’s service offering (read more). OpenAI applies data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
